Subliminal Messages…

January 1, 2013 by Dr. Sana Keller

Focusing on our health (and being healthy!) is a major part of regaining and maintaining health. In an attempt to assist in this process, my license plate has the word “HEALTHY” on it, so for those of you who end up behind me in my travels through North Dakota and beyond, you’re receiving a subliminal message from me: “Remember to keep your focus on HEALTHY!” It’s free—a simple reminder of how small things can make a big difference.

I realize that there are a vast variety of health concerns & health challenges among you. We all have individual needs and deserve much more than being treated for a specific symptom or diagnosis. That’s why I do what I do—provide personalized health recommendations that address all areas of your life—that’s what works in the long run!

Consider making a few subliminal message of your own…how about a sticky-note that says ‘HEALTHY!’ on your bathroom mirror…and a note that says ‘HEALTHY EATING!’ on your fridge?

I look forward to your feedback and questions–as well as your requests for coverage of specific health-related topics.

May this year be your healthiest yet–Blessings of health to you!
